Omaha’s Durham Museum encourages guests to get “drawn” into the world of animation with their current traveling exhibit: Animation Academy: From Pencils to Pixels.

With all the exciting traveling exhibits that stop at the museum, the Durham strives to spotlight local connections similar to the touring displays.

On Wednesday’s and Saturday’s at 11am or 12pm, visitors have the optional treat of joining a drawing session with local artists. For the Durham, these exhibits are all about innovative ways to encourage education with immersing guests in the world of the display. 

Animation Academy: From Pencils to Pixels is open now through August 31 at the Durham Museum. Additional details about upcoming and current events, tickets, and admission available at durhammusem.org.
